Return Period

You may return your purchase or exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged

Please note: Return shipping to us is covered by the customer.

If you are exchanging for a different size, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item back to you.

How to Start a Return or Withdrawal

To start a return, exchange, or exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the withdrawal button available in the footer of our website.

Alternatively, you can email us at team@zayan.dk with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Whether you would like a return, exchange, or withdrawal

Once your request has been received and processed, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

Please pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the package arrives safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that we may reduce the refund if the item has been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise handled in a way that reduces its value.

Shipping Fees

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Additional shipping costs, such as express delivery or other upgraded shipping options, are non-refundable.
